#MTU for Capture interfaces

From 'Adv Config', the administrator accesses the following functionality:

The MTU (Maximum Transfer Unit) of each monitoring interface can be configured in the 'Advanced Network Config' menu.

MTU byte value of the capture interfaces mon1 and mon2 of the GCap can be modified. This value must be between 1280 and 9000 bytes.

Important

Note that Load Balancing and XDP Filtering features are not supported when MTU > 3000

Once the value has been modified, it is necessary to validate the modification by pressing 'OK'.

You can do it with the following CLI command :

set advanced-configuration mtu [mon0|1|2|3|4|5|6|7]
