From 'User menu' :

This last tab of the user menu of the GCap, the administrator can reset the protection made around the logins of users 'gview', 'gviewadm', and ' ;setup' and unlock the account. This feature only affects the VGA console.

Note that protection against extensive password hunting is not enabled on the VGA console and the SOL console.

You can do it with the following CLI command :

show bruteforce-protection
system unlock [setup|gviewadm|gview]
