5.7.3.4. The `System notifications`

5.7.3.4.1. Introduction

The notification system consists of two parts:

  • The reduced part: it is present directly in the `Health` menu

  • The full part is given in the `System notifications` screen

In both parts, the notification system:

  • Reporting alarms defined by a level of risk, among others

  • Manages them (sorting, acknowledgement...)

This screen is only accessible to members of the operator group.

For administrator group members, the following message is displayed: `Error 403:Insufficient permissions`.

Last notification received. This notification displays:

- A description
- A risk level (High, Medium, Low)
- The time of appearance
- A link `Details` to display the notification detail window

5.7.3.4.4. `System notifications` screen

After clicking on the link `View all` in the `Health-Monitoring` menu, the `System notifications` screen is displayed.

For members of the operator group, the following message is displayed: `Unauthorized- You don't have the permission to view this page.`.

Displays the possible actions:
- `Unmute`
- `Mute related notifications`
- `Acknowledge related notifications`

By clicking on the notification, the `Notification details` window is detailed.

The `Notification details` window is displayed:

  • by clicking on the `Détails` link in the `System notifications` section of the `Health` menu

  • either by clicking on the notification in the `System notifications` screen
